How To Upgrade Your Subscription Or Purchase Extra Credits

Learn how to upgrade your subscription or purchase extra credits for your platform plans

If you need more credits, there are a few different ways to add them depending on your situation. Below we outline all available options so you can choose what works best for you.

1. Purchase a New Subscription

You can purchase a new subscription at any time by visiting app.ocean.io/pricing.

When purchasing a new subscription, you can:

  • Choose between monthly or yearly plans

  • Select exactly how many credits you want to receive

How credits work by plan type:

  • Monthly plans: Credits roll over month to month during your active subscription, up to a maximum of 6 months.

  • Yearly plans: Your full allotment of credits is released immediately and remains valid for the entire subscription year.

2. Purchase Pay As You Go Credits

You can purchase a pay as you go credits. This will not change anything to your current subscription; so your next renewal date will remain the same.

Pay as you go credits roll over for 3 months; with or without an active subscription.

If you purchase pay as you go credits while on an active subscription, you get a significant discount. Monthly subscriptions give you a 15% discount, whereas yearly subscription give you a whopping 25% discount on all pay as you go credit packs.

This option is ideal if you just need a short-term credit boost.
