Extract people from companies · Sourcing · Accepts companies · Produces people
Finds people at each incoming company and continues the workflow with those people. This is the step that turns a company workflow into a people workflow.
When to use it
Use it after a company sourcing step when you need contacts — for example, source lookalike companies, then find a decision-maker at each.
What it does
For each incoming company, it looks up matching people and replaces that company with the people it finds. One company can produce several people. If it finds no one at a company, that company drops out of the workflow.
Configure it
People filters — narrow who to find at each company (seniority, department, job title).
People per company — cap how many contacts to pull from each.
Cost
0.2 credits per result. See Credits in workflows.
Gotchas
Everything after this step works on people, not companies. The builder enforces this — company-only steps won't be offered downstream.
Companies where no one matches drop out silently. Widen your filters if too many companies fall away.
