Important Notes
All billing-related changes can only be requested by account admins.
Account ownership changes must be requested from the current owner’s primary email address before ownership can be transferred to another person.
Paid invoices cannot be modified. Once an invoice is paid, it is final. Any changes will apply to future invoices only.
Updating Invoice Recipients
To change who receives invoices:
Gather the new recipient’s details (such as contact name and email).
Specify which information needs updating (e.g., billing contact or account owner).
Email [email protected] with the request.
The support team will apply the changes on the backend and confirm once completed.
Updating the Billing Email Address
To update the billing email associated with your account:
Provide the new billing email address.
Contact [email protected] to request the update.
Confirm the change once it has been processed.
This ensures all invoice communications are sent to the correct address.
Updating the Billing Address
To update your billing address:
Email [email protected] with your request.

The new billing address it should be changed to
Once reviewed, the support team will update your billing address and confirm the change. Updates apply to future invoices only.
Note: On the invoices you receive, we will only display the full billing address inside the "Ship To" section. This is a setting on our Subscription Platform that is not possible to change at the moment. The "Bill To" section of the invoice contains the full company name and the full name of the contact person set up in your billing details.
