Monitor the companies on your lists to see when the time is right to strike!
Pick lists to monitor
To enable intent monitoring for your lists, head over to the “Lists” page. You’ll see a toggle button for each list you have access to. Switch it on to start monitoring individual lists.
Note that your settings are only saved on your individual user account, not for other users in the same organization.
Tip! We recommend monitoring larger lists (with more than 1,000 companies) to see results because capturing intent is naturally rare as it's based on the companies' interest level that is "out of the ordinary".
Viewing intent surges
Head over to your Intent Dashboard to see all lists you're monitoring. The dashboard will tell you exactly how many companies on your lists are showing intent.
Click on any of the links to view the companies on the list(s) showing intent in an Ocean.io search. From there, you can drill down deeper with any filters you desire.
Refreshing data
New intent data on each company is only provided once a week by Bombora. Therefore, every Tuesday, the entire dashboard is automatically updated with the latest intent data and all lists are refreshed.
However, throughout the week, you might create and delete lists as well as the companies on them. In order to refresh the data so that the dashboards will show you Bombora's intent data from this week for the latest additions on your lists, use the "Refresh" button to start a manual refresh of the data.
