When you get started with Intent on your Ocean.io account, your CS manager will guide you through the process of picking the right topics. Once the topics are activated, they will be locked down in the platform.

You can purchase new topics for your subscription at any time.

There are exceptions, in which you can exchange a topic you already paid for. For instance, if a topic gets removed from Bombora’s database. Contact your CS manager if you need help with this.
