Adds each incoming company to your Ocean Leads, and updates the ones already there.
When to use it
Use it to build a lead list automatically instead of exporting and re-importing — source companies each week and have them land in Leads, labelled and assigned, ready for someone to work. It's also the natural pair to the Leads: Company added trigger if you want one workflow to feed another.
What it does
For each company, it creates a lead if there isn't one, or updates the existing lead if there is. Everything you configure is applied either way, so a company already in Leads gets the same labels and status as a brand-new one.
Every setting is optional, and anything you leave unset is left alone — so you control how much a re-run disturbs existing leads.
Configure it
Labels to add — labels to put on each company.
Labels to remove — labels to take off. Labels move one at a time, so the step never strips a label it doesn't know about.
Set status to — the lead status to apply.
Set owner to — who the lead is assigned to.

Gotchas
Works on companies. To save people, use Save people to leads.
A company already in Leads and already in the shape you asked for is skipped — that's a clean no-op in Activity, not a failure.
