Segment fit · Intelligence · Accepts companies
Attributes each incoming company to your active segmentation, scores it with that segment's lead-scoring model, and attaches how that segment actually performs in your CRM. All of it becomes fields you can route, filter, or write into a message.
When to use it
Use it to prioritize a list of companies by how well they fit your ICP — score them, then keep or route the strong ones. It's also the way to bring your own CRM performance data into a workflow: you can route on a segment's win rate or average deal value, not just on the company in front of you.
What it does
For each company, it decides which segment the company belongs to, applies that segment's lead-scoring model, and writes these fields to the record:
Segment fit and Segment — how well it fits, and which segment it landed in.
Lead score — the company's score within that segment.
Segment win rate, average deal value (USD), average days to close, and won / lost / open counts — how that segment has actually performed in your CRM.
Segment buyer personas, trigger events, and what they do — the segment's own profile, useful for personalizing outreach.
Configure it
This step uses your workspace's active segmentation, so there's little to set. Add it after a company sourcing step.
Cost
No credit cost. See Credits in workflows.
Gotchas
Needs an active segmentation with a lead-scoring model in your workspace. Segmentation is an early-access feature — if you don't see it, ask your admin to enable it under Settings → Labs.
Works on companies only. Put it before any Find people at company step.
Pair it with a Filter or Route to act on the score. For what the score and tier actually mean, see Segmentation scoring.
