Some users in your organization have the manager role, which gives access to billing, user management, and other organization-wide settings that a regular user doesn't have. Not sure whether your account has the manager role? In this article, we explain where you can find your user type.
Navigate to Settings in Ocean.io app. Under Organization in the Settings menu, managers see Billing, Usage, Integrations, Mailboxes and User management. If you don't see those, your account does not have the manager role. Managers can also see a Manager label in the Role column on the User management page.
