Labels make it easy to categorize and find your leads quickly. They act like folders that group your leads based on the categories you define, helping you stay organized and efficient. Read more about how to manage your labels here.
Where to Find an Overview Of All Labels
You can find the Labels section just below All leads in the left-hand sidebar.
This section displays all the labels you’ve created, each acting as a folder that organizes your leads.
How Labels Work
When you click on a label, you’ll see all leads that have been assigned to it.
The leads shown here are the same as those in All Leads or My Leads — the label view simply organizes them for faster access and smoother workflow management.
How to Create a New Label
Click the + New Label button in the top-right corner of the Labels section.
A pop-up window will appear where you can define the details and conditions for your new label.
Choosing a Name
Enter a short and descriptive name that clearly identifies the purpose of the label.
This name will appear across your workspace — in search results, lead tables, and the quickview panel. For example, you might name a label after a specific campaign or project you’re running.
💡 Tip: Keep names consistent: Use a naming format that’s easy to read and search (e.g., “Campaign – Q4” or “Priority – High”).
Selecting a Color
Pick a color to help visually distinguish your label in the search table.
Using a variety of colors makes it easier to scan your leads at a glance and keep a clear overview of your collections.
💡 Tip: Use colors strategically: Reserve certain colors for specific purposes, like campaigns, lead stages, or importance levels.
Defining the Label Type
Choose whether the label applies to People or Companies.
If you want to use the same label for both, you’ll need to create two separate labels — one for each type.
How to Edit a Label
You can easily update a label’s name or color to keep your workspace organized and consistent.
To edit a label, click the ⋯ (three dots) at the end of the label row.
In the pop-up window, you can modify the name and color of the label as needed.
Please note that the label type (People or Companies) cannot be changed once the label has been created. If you need the same label for a different type, simply create a new one with the same settings.
Another way to edit a label is by clicking on the "pen icon" after you've clicked on a label assigned to an existing lead, like in the example below. Here, you can change the name and color of a label. Deleting labels is only possible from the Labels page.
