Find companies that have been inactive in your CRM for a while and revive them

Once you've connected your HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, you can combine the power of Ocean with the data from your CRM to find hidden gems.

Use this filter to find companies where the last activity happened between two particular dates.


Activities include any type of activity that the prospect or customer was involved with. So if they sent/received an email, phone call, et cetera. Internal notes do not typically count toward this activity.

๐Ÿ’กTip: Most sales departments have an internal rule that prospects in their CRM are "up for grabs" if they haven't been engaged within an x amount of time. If that's the case for you too, you can use this filter to find companies you can reach out to by adding a particular calendar date in the "To" filter.
