Once you’ve connected your HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive account, you can combine the power of Ocean.io with your CRM data to uncover hidden opportunities.
What This Filter Does
The Deal Status (CRM) filter allows you to search within the deals (or “opportunities”) stored in your CRM based on their status.
You can find companies that have deals marked as:
Won
Lost
Open
Or No deal
You can also choose how you want Ocean.io to search through your deals:
Switch to the Latest tab in the Deal Status (CRM) filter to search only among the latest deal for each account.
Switch to the Any tab to search across all deals ever associated with each company, regardless of when they were active.
💡 Tip: Find companies where the latest opportunity in your CRM was marked as “Lost”, then combine that with a lookalike search based on a company you recently won.
This way, you can identify potential revival deals and approach them with a strong use case, showing that you’ve successfully closed similar companies recently.
CRM Mapping and Data Accuracy
If you’re using HubSpot or Salesforce, the CRM deal status is based on the mapping you’ve configured in your Integrations page.
If you notice any discrepancies between Ocean.io and your CRM data, please check with your Ocean.io account administrator to ensure the mapping is set up correctly.
