CRM Status Filter

Once you've connected your HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, you can combine the power of Ocean with the data from your CRM to find hidden gems.

This filter is set up to search within the opportunities (or "deals") of your CRM based on the status. You can search for companies with opportunities that are won, lost, open or companies without any opportunities yet.

You can either search for the latest opportunity attached to a company, or search in any of the opportunities that were attached to a company, regardless of the time that it was active.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: An example for using this filter in a smart way is to find companies where the latest opportunity in your CRM was "lost" - and combine it with a lookalike search of a company you recently won. That way you could perhaps revive the deal by presenting them with a strong use case that you closed the similar company for!

If you use HubSpot or Salesforce, the CRM status will be based on your chosen mapping in the Integrations page. See some discrepancies? Check with the Administrator of your Ocean account that the mapping is set up correctly.
