The CRM Owner filter helps you identify companies in your connected CRM that belong to specific people or to no one at all. It’s a powerful way to clean up your CRM data, spot unassigned accounts, and uncover opportunities that might otherwise go unnoticed.

How to Use the CRM Owner Filter
Open Search in Ocean.
Under filters, find and select CRM Owner.
Choose one of the following options:
A specific CRM user to find accounts owned by that person.
Nobody to locate unassigned accounts.
Inactive users to identify accounts that might be up for reassignment.
You can also filter by the last deal owner related to each company.
Tips for Best Results
Combine the Owner (CRM) filter with Ocean’s other filters, such as the Lookalike filter, to discover similar companies to those already in your CRM.
Use the “Nobody” filter to find accounts that haven’t been assigned to anyone yet, perfect for reallocation or follow-up.
Target inactive users to quickly spot accounts that could be up for grabs.
