Viewing intent surges
Head over to your Intent Dashboard to see which companies in your CRM are showing interest in the topics assigned to your account.
You will see a selection of 5 companies from your CRM that have shown intent for the highest number of topics you have access to. The grey tags indicate the status of the latest created deal that is attached to the company. Note that only companies with the latest deal status Open, Lost, or Without a deal are captured in this dashboard.
Click on "Show in HubSpot" to open the company inside of your CRM. It works the same for Pipedrive and Salesforce.
To see all companies in your CRM, click on "Total 1,536 showing intent" to load them in an Ocean.io search.
Refreshing data
New intent data on each company is only provided once a week by Bombora. Therefore, every Tuesday, the entire dashboard is automatically updated with the latest intent data, and your CRM section will be refreshed.
However, throughout the week, you might add, update and delete companies in your CRM. In order to refresh the data so that the dashboards will show you Bombora's intent data from this week for the latest additions in your CRM, use the "Refresh" button to start a manual refresh of the data.
