As Ocean.io integrates with the APIs of Salesforce, it is important that you have access to the APIs in your Salesforce account. Not every Salesforce edition has APIs included by default. See the list below of Salesforce editions we can integrate with:
Enterprise Edition
Unlimited Edition
Developer Edition
Performance Edition
How can I see which Salesforce edition I have?
1. Navigate to Setup. See Explore the Salesforce Setup Menu for more details
2. In the 'Quick Find' search box type, Company
3. Click Company Information
4. Your Salesforce Edition is listed in the "Organization Edition" field.
Note: Other key org details such as "Salesforce.com Organization ID" and "Instance" will also be listed in the right hand column of the Company Information page.
