Context is where every model and every segmentation in your organization lives: rename, duplicate, or delete a model; discard or archive a segmentation; and see exactly which signals a model scores on.
đ Your library
The left rail lists everything your org has built, in two sections. Segmentations show their segments, size, and status, a draft still being reviewed shows a "Draft" tag, one that failed to build shows "Failed." Models show the signals they score on.
A model that's actively scoring a live segmentation is locked: you can duplicate it to keep iterating, but you can't edit, rename, or delete it directly until you do.
𧩠Building a model
Select "New model" to start one of two ways: build from your connected CRM, which suggests signals based on the companies already there, or build from scratch and choose every signal yourself.
Open a model to add, remove, and weight its signals. Saving rescores every company in your CRM against the new signals, and the model's "Highest scoring" panel shows the top-ranked results matched against deals you already know the outcome of, so you can sanity-check the ranking before relying on it.
đșïž Managing a segmentation
Open a segmentation to rename it, discard a draft you don't want to keep, archive one you're done with (this removes it from your list but still counts toward your segmentation limit), or open it in Discovery to see its ranked recommendations. If a segmentation failed to build, start over with a new one or archive the failed attempt.
đ± Starting a new segmentation
Context doesn't build a segmentation itself, it hands you off to a guided setup: select "New segmentation" from the rail and answer a few questions about who you're targeting. Once you approve the result, come back to Discovery to see it in action.
