How to show or hide columns in your search results table

Your search results table can show or hide individual columns, so you can focus on the data that matters most to you. If you've scrolled through the table and can't find a column you expected to see, it's probably turned off. This article explains how to

Show a column that isn't visible

  • Open your search results.

  • Scroll all the way to the right of the table, to the end of the header row where the column names are listed.

  • Click the + icon at the end of the header row.

  • A sidebar opens on the right, listing every available column and whether it's on or off.

  • Find the column you want and switch its toggle on.

  • Click Apply to save your changes.

The column will now appear in your table.

Hide a column

  • Open your search results.

  • Scroll all the way to the right of the table, to the end of the header row where the column names are listed.

  • Click the + icon at the end of the header row.

  • A sidebar opens on the right, listing every available column and whether it's on or off.

  • Find the column you want to remove and switch its toggle off.

  • Click Apply to save your changes.

The column will be removed from the table view. Hiding a column doesn't delete any data, and you can turn it back on at any time.

Tips

  • Can't find the + icon? Make sure you've scrolled horizontally to the very end of the table. On smaller screens, the icon may be hidden until you reach the last column.

  • Looking for a specific column? Check the sidebar first before assuming the data isn't available. Most "missing" columns have simply been turned off.
