Availability: Job post data on company records is available to all customers. The Job Postings filter is available on higher-tier plans or as an add-on. If you don't see it in your filter list, contact your account manager or our support team to add it.
Why use the Job Postings filter
A total job post count tells you a company is hiring, but not where or for what. The Job Postings filter narrows companies by how many posts they have open in a specific department, seniority level or sub-department, and by where those roles are based. You can find companies hiring in one country or one function instead of guessing from the total.
Where to find it
In company search, open Firmographics and expand Job postings. You can also type "Job postings" into the filter search.
Filter options
Active postings count
Enter a Minimum, a Maximum, or both. This filters on the number of open job posts at each company. For example, a minimum of 10 returns companies with at least 10 open roles. Either bound works on its own.
Department
Pick one or more departments, such as Engineering, Sales or Marketing, to find companies with open posts in those functions. You can also narrow to sub-departments, such as software development within Engineering.
Seniority
Pick one or more seniority levels, such as entry level, manager, director or VP, to find companies hiring at those levels.
Location
Pick one or more countries or states to find companies with at least one open post there. This is where the role is based, which can differ from the company's headquarters.
How the options combine
Department, Seniority and Location each narrow your results on their own. A company can meet each condition with a different job post.
For example, suppose you select Department = Engineering, Seniority = Director and Location = Germany. A company with a junior Engineering role in Spain and a Director of Sales role in Germany will still match. It meets each condition, even though no single post is an Engineering Director role in Germany.

Job posts on company records (all plans)
Every customer can see a company's hiring activity in two places:
Job post count column: The search table shows how many open roles each company has.
Jobs tab: The company quickview lists each open role with its department, seniority, location and hiring velocity.
Tips
Start with Active postings count to find companies that are actively growing. Then add Department or Location to focus on the area you sell into.
Combine Job Postings with Industry, Headcount or Location filters to build a tight target list around hiring signals.
Job post data is refreshed regularly. Counts reflect the latest update and may differ slightly from what a company's careers page shows today.
