Add to spreadsheet

Append matching records as rows to a spreadsheet.

Add to spreadsheet · Activation

Appends each record that reaches this step as a row in a Google Sheet.

When to use it

Use it when a spreadsheet is where your team actually works — a shared prospecting list, a review queue, or a running log you want to keep adding to rather than re-downloading. Unlike Generate CSV link, which produces a fresh file per run, this keeps appending to the same sheet.

What it does

For each record, it appends a row to the sheet and tab you pick, using the columns you chose.

Configure it

  • Provider — the connected spreadsheet tool. Google Sheets today; you'll be prompted to connect Google Workspace if you haven't.

  • Spreadsheet — paste a Google Sheets link, then pick the tab to append to.

  • Columns — which fields become columns. You choose these deliberately — there's no "everything" default, because a sheet you keep appending to needs stable columns.

Cost

No credit cost. See Credits in workflows.

Gotchas

  • Connect Google Workspace first. If it isn't connected, the step shows "Google Workspace not connected" with a link to Settings → Integrations. See Connect your tools.

  • Columns are fixed once you set them, so add the steps that produce the fields you want *before* this one.

  • Rows are appended, never replaced — a workflow that runs weekly keeps growing the same sheet.
