September has been another productive month, and we’re excited to bring you updates that make discovering and working with people even smoother.

You loved the hover previews for companies; now they’re available for people too! Quickly get the key details about a profile without leaving your current view, so you can stay focused and work faster.

Don’t want previews? No problem. They can be switched off upon request and reactivated anytime in your settings.

If you're waiting for a right time to reach out to companies, the headcount growth filter might be able to help out.

Search for changes in headcount in the past 3, 6 or 12 months. These changes can either be in percentage or in numbers; company-wide or per department.

Narrow down your searches with the LinkedIn industries filter; include or exclude these industries to add an extra layer onto your targeting.
