Need to find someone with a very specific expertise? The new Skills filter lets you search based on what people list on their LinkedIn profiles. Whether you’re after “Python developers,” “SEO specialists,” or “Project managers,” you can now zero in on exactly the right people with just a few clicks.

Finding more of the right people just got easier. The new People Lookalike helps you discover profiles similar to the ones that already work for you. With improved accuracy and up to 5× more matches on average, you’ll quickly expand your reach without compromising on quality.

Already have a list of target companies? Upload a simple CSV with a “domains” column, and Ocean.io will do the rest. Instantly search for contacts within the companies you already know are the right fit, no extra setup required. Perfect for turning your existing account lists into actionable outreach.
