"I did not get my activation/reset password email?"

Activation and reset password emails can end up in spam folders or alternative folders wrongfully assigned by your email inbox software. Take the following steps to find the email:

  1. Check your spam folder

  2. Filter your inbox for "[email protected]", the sender of the email

  3. Go to this link and fill out your email address to receive a new email

  4. Still no success? Contact our support department (through chat/email) to get help
