I Didn’t Receive My Activation or Password Reset Email
If you didn’t receive your activation or password reset email, don’t worry—this is usually easy to resolve. In many cases, emails are mistakenly filtered by inbox providers and placed in alternative folders.
Additionally, this issue could occur due to expired links, unconfigured email domains lacking MX records, or email filtering by IT systems.
Try the following steps:
Check your spam or junk folder Sometimes automated emails are incorrectly flagged as spam.
Search your inbox Filter or search for emails sent from [email protected] to locate the message more quickly.
Request a new email Visit the activation/reset page and enter your email address to trigger a new message.
Contact support if needed If you still can’t find the email, reach out to our support team via chat or email ([email protected]), and we’ll be happy to help.
5. Check your domain or DNS configuration Ensure that your email domain has a valid MX record configured with your email provider or DNS host. Consult your IT team if you’re unsure.
Whitelist Ocean.io emails Ask your IT team or adjust your email settings to allow messages from the Ocean.io support email address to prevent future interruptions.
