Once you've found the perfect filters for the contacts you're looking for, you can save them as a "Persona" in your account. That way, you can load the filters in just a click in the future and take a shortcut to get the right results.

You can access all your existing personas or build a new one in your contacts search.

To start, open the "Persona builder" filter:

Click "Create new persona" and fill out what you want. The number at the bottom will update live to show you the total number of contacts that fit the filters filled out in this pop-up.

Done? Hit "Save" and you'll be able to load the Persona at any time in the future.

If you need to manage your personas, head over to the "Persona builder" section in your settings. Here you can edit, delete, activate/deactivate or change the order of your personas. You can create up to 20 personas per organization - if you need to free up some space, this is where you can remove the ones you don't use.
