Removing Users

Deactivate users from your company account when they no longer need their access

To remove users from your company account, navigate to your "Settings" page, then click on "User Management".

Click on the ... behind the user you wish to remove, and click on "Deactivate user".

Doing this will ensure the users can't log into their user account anymore. Their shared tabs and saved leads will remain on your company account, and can be deleted by Admin users.

Note: It’s not possible to delete your account directly. If you’d like your user account or company account removed, please contact our support team and we’ll take care of it for you. If an AI agent responds first, simply request a human agent and we’ll make sure your request is handled quickly and accurately.
