Card type: Cleaning

Every hour, we'll check your CRM to spot duplicate deals that have been created. Whenever an issue arises, you will receive a recommendation card where both deals are shown.

Clicking on the 'See in CRM' button brings you to the organization in your CRM where the shown deal is attached to and allows you to clean it up immediately.

When you're done, simply click on 'Dismiss card' to remove it from your list of recommendations.

Note that the terminology for "Deal" differs from CRM to CRM:

  • In Pipedrive: "Deal"

  • In HubSpot: "Deal"

  • In Salesforce: "Opportunity"
