We currently integrate with Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce to pull your CRM information through in Ocean.io for deep analysis.
The beauty of this product is that you don't need fully cleaned and normalized data in your CRM system. As Ocean.io has all necessary data for analysis on companies in their own database, the only real company data we would need from you are domains of the organizations of your CRM you wish to analyze.
Before you can perform any analyses, make sure you have integrated your CRM with Ocean.io. You can see all Integration articles in our support center.
1. Once you have connected your CRM system, navigate to the Segmentation Analysis page in your Ocean.io account. On this page, various analyses are displayed about your CRM in general.
2. If you click on Customer segments in the right bottom, a new page is presented where you can see your CRM data categorized by transactional data and industry. This will help you identify the best and worst performing segments to improve and finetune your marketing and sales efforts.
